Ashleigh has blossomed this year into a social butterfly. She has great friends at church, school, and in the neighborhood. She is so cheerful and fun that others love to be with her. She is friendly to those who need a friend too.
And she has kept in contact with several of her closest friends in Omaha. Her best friend from Omaha, Claren, came to Columbus a couple of weeks ago for a dance competition, so we were lucky enough to spend a day with her while she was here. The girls were so happy to see each other and it felt like old times. We saw Beauty and the Beast, went bowling, introduced Claren to Graeter's ice cream, and went out for dinner at the Olive Garden. We packed all that we could into one day.
They are kids at heart. They played on the playground like it was meant for them.
