I was able to go on the end of the year field trips with both boys since I quit my job early for the move. Owen's class went to the Durham Museum in downtown Omaha to learn about the history of the area. He had already been on a field trip there at the beginning of the year for the gifted program, but luckily they had us doing different things this time. This is Owen's best friend, Jack.
Dallin's class went to the Omaha Zoo for their field trip. I was in charge of a group of 3 kids for the whole day! The kids were exhausted after walking the entire zoo, but luckily it wasn't hot so that helped a ton.
