I am about a month behind on posting, but this was Ashleigh's end of the year classroom open house. Her teacher held an open house to display all of the student's writing work because she was so impressed by their hard work this year. Ashleigh published a non-fiction book about sharks which was very detailed and beautifully illustrated.
Silly string wars on the last day of school are a tradition at our house. They look forward to it every year and beginning last year we have added shaved ice to our last day of school tradition. Everyone has grown so much in the last year! It seems like it was just yesterday I was school shopping for them and now it's almost time to do it again for a preschooler, first grader, fifth grader, and eighth grader! Yikes!
