Trenton attended a 3 day youth conference trip to Kansas City at the beginning of June. They attended the temple, visited church historical sites, had a dance, and even went to an amusement park! He is a little popular with the girls :)
Trenton went on a week long Boy Scout High Adventure trip to Many Points, Minnesota, which is about 8 hours from Omaha. They spent the week camping and doing water sports. They went sailing, kayaking, water skiing, canoeing, and jet skiing. Jet skiing was Trenton's favorite.
Some of Trenton's closest friends went ice blocking a few weeks ago. The object is to slide down the hill on a block of ice.
Ashleigh also went on a week long camping trip with the Young Women at church. It was her first year at Girls Camp and she had a great time. The camp was in Nebraska City, about an hour from Omaha. She learned to like new foods and loved making lots of crafts. She made new friends and learned a lot of songs. It was really hard not being able to talk to her for a whole week, so it was nice when a friend sent me this picture halfway through the week.
Ashleigh helped make gift bags for women at a local homeless shelter with the Activity Day girls at church. She has such a huge heart.
